By using our guides and maps, you acknowledge that visiting natural environments (such as beaches, rivers, rainforests, and mountainous terrains) involves severe inherent risks, including unpredictable depths, slippery rocks, sudden flash floods, and steep drops. As a good-faith recommendation, we encourage checking the official SwimSafe PR app for real-time ocean conditions at listed beaches. You agree that any visit to these locations is done at your own discretion and exclusive risk.
 

4. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Services

The inclusion of a business, restaurant, or third-party link (such as Google Maps) does not constitute a legal partnership or a guarantee of service quality. Route to Explore shall not be held liable for any personal injury, accidents, property damage, food-borne illnesses, allergic reactions, or any other incidents occurring as a result of visiting recommended locations, using third-party services, or consuming products from listed establishments.
 

5. Service Limitations and Restricted Areas

Route to Explore operates in strict compliance with federal and local laws, including the regulations of the Puerto Rico Bureau of Transportation and Other Public Services (NTSP) and the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DRNA). Consequently, our services do not include transportation to legally restricted areas, including but not limited to El Yunque National Forest and certain State Forests. Route to Explore does not perform drop-offs at or provide access to these protected areas.
 

6. NTSP Compliance and Service Terms

All private transportation and VIP Concierge packages are provided in strict compliance with the regulations of the Puerto Rico Bureau of Transportation and Other Public Services (NTSP). Detailed information regarding our service operations, pricing structure, and the separation of regulated transportation fares from independent concierge fees is fully outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which are provided to every client for review and agreement prior to booking.
 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The use of this website and any disputes arising from its content shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
